Money Carer South Africa NPC is committed to handling personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect through this website
If you complete the consultation form on our Contact page, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- Your stated relationship to the client
- Any details you choose to include in the message field
- A record of the consent you give when submitting the form
We do not require or request financial account details, identity numbers or medical information through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss our services with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use website enquiry data for marketing without separate consent.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in this website's database and are accessible only to authorised Money Carer South Africa personnel.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer.

Our final policy will additionally set out specific retention periods, any third-party operators we appoint, cross-border transfer arrangements, and the full lawful basis for each processing purpose. Until that is published, the description above reflects our current practice.
