Money Carer is proud to announce the upcoming launch of RingPay, its groundbreaking wearable payment service, in South Africa, scheduled for early 2026.
Already well established in the UK and across Europe, RingPay empowers its customer a with simple, secure, and contactless payment solution. The South African launch marks the next major step in Money Carer’s global expansion—bringing affordable and inclusive payment technology to new communities and helping to make cashless transactions accessible to everyone.
Supporting this initiative is Money Carer South Africa, a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO) based in Umhlanga, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN). The South African team will serve as the customer contact and care centre, providing local support, user assistance, and community engagement to drive the growth of RingPay across the country. Money Carer intends to make wearable technology available at low cost so that the benefits of technology can be South Africans who may not be able to afford to pay for premium priced payment rings and other contactless pay wearables.
