Nick Biggam Commercial Director Zemplar Bank

“Money Carer and Zempler Bank have worked closely together for 10 years, and our unique partnership enables us to support some of the most vulnerable people in society. Their new Funds Access Service is a great example how collaboration between financial services organisations can deliver important new services that will benefit those individuals in society that require additional levels of support with their money management needs”

After being appointed as Deputy for a client, one of the first tasks we undertake is to open a bank account along with any other necessary accounts.

Doing this through Money Carer, we are given a quality, easy to use service which in turn gives us the ability to act in the best interests of P as soon as possible ensuring we are meeting their immediate needs. We have our own account manager who looks after us from start to finish ensuring the correct number of accounts are opened, supplying us with the correct account log in information and also bank cards for these accounts.

If any issues arise, Money Carer act swiftly to resolve these with their excellent customer service.

Jim Leroux PIN4 CEO

“Pin4 and Money Carer were keen to combine resources at the start of the COVID pandemic to make emergency payments to their vulnerable clients without the need for a debit card. Since then, many organisations use their CashbyText service, powered by our technology, to support people with access to cash from all walks of life”.
